Meet The Team

Lim Chong Huat

Partner

Graduated from Nanyang Technological University in 1994. After graduating, he worked as an auditor and accountant in an accounting firm that served SMEs, MNCs, and publicly traded companies. He has also attended certificate courses at Tsinghua University and Beijing University.

He is now holding the following titles:

Public Accountant
Chartered Accountant (CA)
Accredited Tax Practitioner (ATP) (Income Tax & GST)

He has more than 30 years of valuable experience in auditing, accounting, corporate secretarial, tax, valuation, and other financial consultancy services. He has also been conducting talks and seminars for the business community, associations, and society.

He has worked with many clients from various countries, like Africa, Belgium, Canada, China, Colombia, France, Germany, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Spain, Sri Lanka, Thailand, UK, US, etc. Lim Chong Huat has accumulated vast networks and has helped clients set up companies in China and ASEAN countries in order to expand their businesses overseas.

He also acts as a Director for a listed company and provides valuable advice to the Board.

Raymond Tan Theong Hee

Partner

Graduated from NTU school of accountancy in 1995 and is a practising member of Chartered Accountants Singapore.

He likes dealing with difficult accounts and crisis accounting management. For example, staff left the company with a damaged database and unfinished work, reimplementation of systems and policies due to new accounting standards. He formed a team to help clients resolve these problems with management support and cooperation.

He is now holding the following titles:

Member of ISCA
Accredited Tax Practitioner (Income tax) – SCTP
Accredited Tax Advisor (GST) – SCTP
ASEAN CPA

His team has rendered audit and tax compliance services to clients from various industries: mega event organisers, MAS-regulated entities such as money changers and remittance and fund management entities with Capital Market Services Licenses, precious metals businesses, and other service-related entities, among others. Over the years, he has helped many clients improve their internal controls and operations through our recommendations for weaknesses that were identified during audits. He also works closely with our business affiliates to offer comprehensive services such as recruitment, training of new staff, business valuation etc.
